ABOUT ME

David has been working as an actuary over the past 12 years in risk management. But it is through real estate investing that he achieved financial independence at the age of 35 and retire early from his corporate career. He is now General Partner of a real estate private equity firm, with total asset values in excess of $80M, comprising 220+ rental units, generating $3M+ in annual rental revenues.

One of the four main keys in real estate investing, is financing. For this reason, David obtained his mortgage brokerage license to enable others in attaining their financial independence and in creating multi-generational wealth.
